COVID-19 impact on ASU SummerUp Camps

Following public health guidelines, we are carefully monitoring the ongoing situation. Like many of you, this uncertainty impacts our planning for summer camp sessions. We are dedicated to providing meaningful summer experiences for our campers but we are also realistic about many families’ ability to plan given the uncertainty. Our teams and partners are actively planning the transition of summer camps to virtual, remote sessions. We want to continue to offer interesting and valuable learning experiences to our campers.  FAQ page  |  Latest ASU updates  |

We will not share your personal information with third party vendors.

All camps must meet a minimum enrollment number to run. If that number is not met, you will be given the option to transfer to a different camp or receive a full refund. We will notify you if any changes pertain to your registration.

  • Students who withdraw from the program by April 17, 2020 will receive a full refund of the program fees, minus the enrollment deposit of $100, which is nonrefundable.
  • Students who withdraw after the deadline but more than three weeks before the program starts will have 50 percent of their program fees refunded.
  • No refund will be issued for students who withdraw within three weeks of the program's start date.

Exceptions, for up to a 50 percent refund, will only be made if:

  • the student is hospitalized during the duration of the program
  • the student requires follow-up care from a recent hospitalization during the duration of the program
  • there is a death in the student’s immediate family (i.e., parent, guardian, or sibling)

All other withdrawals, including students who are dismissed from the program, will not receive a refund.

In addition, program fees are non transferable and the application fee is nonrefundable under any circumstance.
